Our multilingual Customer Service Team is the direct contact center for our international customers and supports the colleagues of our regional and  international sales teams.

International Customer Service Representative

Location : Sint Oedenrode (40 p/w)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a key member of the multilingual International Customer Service Team you will be responsible for the accurate quotation, preparation, ordering, planning, delivery, invoicing and after-sales of International key accounts all over the world.

You will be expected to very quickly develop a thorough knowledge of the growing Royal Ahrend International Key Account business and be able to fully support the professional and fast paced sales team to deliver industry leading levels of service whilst achieving  the challenging sales targets in 2018 and beyond.

Required Experience, skills & qualifications

  • High level of professional and intellectual ability
  • Preferably at least 3-years of international experience in a commercial B to B Customer Service environment with proven successful achievement of continuous service performance
  • An excellent team player and communicator with common sense and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple projects during long and often challenging periods whilst paying strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office), CRM, BI and  ERP systems
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch language
  • Passionate and knowledgeable approach to what you do
