The Furniture Service Team is focused on taking the stress out of delivery, service and maintenance for our clients. This team takes total responsibility for the organisation, planning and execution of the entire furnishing process. The Service Team continues to provide maintenance and management after delivery is complete.

More efficient and sustainable
The Furniture Service Team carries out assembly, maintenance and management for Ahrend, Gispen and Presikhaaf. By combining assembly, maintenance and management we are able to improve our service and make it more sustainable. As a result, there will be fewer empty lorries on the road in future and we will be able to significantly reduce the number of miles required for our deliveries, as well as our CO2 emissions.

Single client insight
The Furniture Service Team consists of a single client contact team for service and planning, and another team working on location. Thanks to a smart, combined CRM system, everyone on the Furniture Service Team shares a single client insight across the various products, agreements, locations, service agreements and maintenance contracts.

The Furniture Service Team operating on site consists of highly experienced (service) technicians who know all about our products and are aware of the specific delivery and client requirements. The technicians are involved in providing our service from start to finish.
