How to send the return form:
- Tick the products you want to return below
- Fill in the address details, e-mail and telephone number
- Register the return or swap
Process after submitting the return form:
- Within 1-3 business days: The application will be reviewed by our customer support team. If they approve the application, the application will be forwarded to our logistics partner.
- After 5-7 working days: you will receive an invitation via e-mail & SMS to schedule the return or swap. You can choose a date yourself.
- Before our arrival: you will receive a time slot the evening before. About 30 minutes before arrival, you receive a call or text message.
Please note: it is not possible to contact Ahrend or the logistics partner to schedule a pick up or swap. Planning is fully automated.
