Home Workplace Loan Agreement NEC Nederland B.V.

You are about to use the NEC Nederland B.V. homework arrangement. The purpose of this arrangement is to enable all employees of NEC Nederland B.V., whose position is entitled to do so, to order an ergonomic desk at the expense of NEC. To this end, NEC Nederland B.V. concluded a cooperation agreement with the Ahrend company for delivery of the home office desk. Other equipment, besides the desk, will be provided directly by NEC Nederland B.V.
By placing an order you agree to the Homeworking Policy of NEC Nederland B.V. and you have signed the Homeworking Agreement.
The order will first be approved internally by NEC, after which you will receive a link from the logistics partner to their planning tool within 5 days. Here you can make an appointment for delivery yourself. You will receive a reminder email a day prior to the delivery.

Tip 3: Hang a pin board. Surround yourself with inspiring photos, quotes and remind yourself of your goals for this year.

Tip 4: Ensure good lighting. A desk lamp with warm light compensates for the blue light of your screen.
