Ahrend UK and Techo UK to merge: grand opening of joint showroom at Clerkenwell Design Week

Ahrend UK and Techo UK will merge. As of 1 July, both companies will continue under the name Royal Ahrend. To celebrate this milestone, we cordially invite our customers, partners and suppliers to the grand opening of our completely renovated, joint showroom during Clerkenwell Design Week in London from 23 to 25 May 2023.  

From 1 July, Ahrend UK and Techo UK will officially operate in the United Kingdom under the global name Royal Ahrend. The name Techo then only exists as a distinctive product brand, which is part of the brand portfolio of Royal Ahrend. With this merger, our customers will have full access to all products and services of both organizations. Thanks to the merger, our Ahrend customers now have access to the smart Techwall solution for built-in cabinets and lockers. At the same time, our space-in-space solutions, such as the successful Qabin range, are available to our current Techo customers. By joining forces, we are also able to enhance our customer experience with an exceptional, customer-oriented service, aimed at both the direct market and the dealer market in the United Kingdom.  

Workshops on the latest trends, designs and techniques 

During the Clerkenwell Design Week, everyone can get acquainted with the full range of office furniture and of course the new team. A perfect occasion, because this annual event in London attracts designers, architects and manufacturers from all over the world. In that week, Ahrend and Techo will provide a number of informative workshops on new trends, innovative designs and groundbreaking techniques, such as Sustainability – How to Reach Net Zero Emissions with Office Furniture and What Sound is And How It Affects Us & Digital Transformation in the Workplace Revolution.
