About the job
The successful applicant will be responsible for strengthening our International Customer Service Organization and to effectuate a “State of the Art” International Service Operation with a leading approach in the Industry.
Our multilingual Customer Service Team is the direct contact center for our international customers and supports the colleagues of our regional international sales teams. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager International.
The Customer Service Department provides all services, support and coordination activities to deliver the “Local for Local“ level of customer experience and satisfaction.
