Erste Group Bank

We have been working with the Erste Group Bank for over 30 years now. We started in the 90s by supplying furniture to Česká spořitelna in the Czech Republic. We undertook our first international project in 2005 when we won a tender for the supply of furnishings for Erste Group Bank in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria and Croatia. It was our first experience of working for a large international client requiring the same level of service in all countries. In 2007, we added further countries to the contract, Romania and Serbia. From this time we have supplied tens of thousands of workstations to Erste Group Bank and furnished thousands of square metres of meeting rooms and common areas. In short, wherever you find Erste you also find us.

Long-term partnership and a flexible approach

We have been working with Erste Group Bank since 1995 and in that time, we have become a trusted partner for the delivery of a wide range of projects. We work with them at all levels, from Vienna to regional HQs and local branches. In addition to bank branches and offices for this the largest banking group in the region, we also delivered, for example, a health centre for employees, and a technical centre. One interesting project was a delivery of mobile branches – “bank in a bus”. We always strive to provide our clients with a comprehensive approach, high-quality material and original design. We also strive to be a flexible partner able to respond to the client’s dynamically evolving requirements.

The new Erste Group Bank branch network reflects the development of the company and the changing ways in which the bank communicates with its clients. The starting point is maximum use of digital technologies. This enables the automation of manual processes, the expansion of the portfolio of products and services, and comfort and accessibility for clients who can thus be in contact with the bank at anytime from anywhere. Distinctively designed spaces for informal use, such as company cafeterias, utilize natural materials and abundant greenery to create a pleasant environment for both client meetings and employee gatherings.

Bespoke comprehensive solutions

In the time since we started working with Erste Group Bank, the interiors of bank branches have changed completely. Today you will not find counters with bullet-proof glass or bank advisors behind closed doors. We are working with the client on designing interiors that reflect the dynamic development of the Erste Group Bank brand. We create mock-ups, integrate modern technologies, compile catalogues of interior solutions and, in cooperation with architects, design layout solutions. We are involved in the project from the planning stage, so we understand all aspects and can identify the optimal solution. The goal is to jointly create a uniform corporate appearance of all Erste Group Bank branches.
