Lease offers freedom

Simone Twelkemeijer, account manager at Ahrend: 'With Furniture as a Service (FAAS), we offer start-ups and scale-ups a lot of freedom and room to move and spend. We take care of the total furnishing for this client: from workstations and rugs to acoustic screens and moss walls.'

Strengthening brand identity

What we at Ahrend find important is to strengthen the client's brand identity within the FAAS solution with furnishings and furniture. Simone: 'We organised inspiration sessions with HeadCount to find the right furniture. We then adapted the colours and materials to their corporate identity. Custom-made worktops have been made for the boardroom and special partitions have been produced. We offer a lot of possibilities within FAAS, in execution, look & feel and in collaboration with other partners. For HeadCount, we move along with that.'

Smart workplace design

The smart design of the workplaces and rooms is also covered by FAAS. Simone: "To charge smartphones, we incorporated branded Zens PUKs on the worktops . And the switch foil on the glass walls can be changed from transparent to opaque frosted glass at the touch of a button for more privacy. For Headcount, we also created a well-thought-out cable infrastructure that can evolve with a changing and growing work environment. With the project design for HeadCount, we show that Ahrend also offers full-service within a flexible lease construction.'
