About the job

The marketing communications coordinator will manage the tactical dynamic hands-on execution of marketing communications projects within Belgium, Luxemburg and France. Supports the sales teams by developing and implement tactical marketing communications tools such as social media, events, presentation - and training materials.  Act as liaison between marketing and sales. Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials in partnership with the central marketing department in the Netherlands. Being a champion in the company brand identity across all developed material, reporting to the manager studio & design.

 

Responsibilities

  • Increase overall brand awareness and likability towards our main B2B  target groups as end-user,  architects, designers, real-estate and facility management providers 
  • Coordinate marketing communications projects
  • Building and communicating a continues transfer of knowledge about activity based working, acoustics, technology & services, design, wellbeing, health and ergonomics
  • Manage all areas of the network’s social media properties and execute social media strategy. 
  • Create, schedule and publish high-quality, consistent and engaging social media content
  • Utilize social media properties to increase lead generation and extend the network’s reach
  • Assist talent and staff with training and support for their individual social media properties. 
  • Partner with product marketing managers to gather project needs and specifications
  • Brief the studio & design team in content needs in the development of sales tools, collateral, social media, events and other promotional activities
  • Coordinate the adaptation and translation of marketing materials
  • Support development of marketing and promotional materials for key opinion leader advisory events
  • Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects
  • Set up and improve workflow processes when and where needed
  • Monitor and report project expenses and process
  • Foster best practices and collaboration between countries by sharing and internal communication with department counterparts

  • Marketing communications experience in social media, PR, copywriting and graphic design

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Flemish, French and English are mandatory 
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Comfortable with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies 
  • Results driven, proactive & able to work autonomously 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or related function at agency or internal marcom department
  • Experience in office furniture, real-estate, facility-management, architecture or design industry preferred 
  • International experience is a plus 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and social media applications
