International Customer Service Representative (near) native German

Location: Sint Oedenrode

The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for strengthening our International Customer Service Organization and to effectuate a “State of the Art” International Service Operation with a leading approach in the Industry.

Our multilingual Customer Service Team is the direct contact center for our international customers and supports the colleagues of our regional international sales teams. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager International.

The Customer Service Department provides all services, support and coordination activities to deliver the “Local for Local“ level of customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Responsible for effectuating an integral Agile way of working within the Customer Service Department
  • Being responsible for preparation, ordering, planning, delivery, invoicing and after-sales
  • Effective coordination, motivation and sharing of knowledge across the company
  • Be the advocate of technology and new ways of working and servicing
  • Realizing the pre-defined service level KPI’s

 Required / Preferred Experience, skills & qualifications

  • High level of professional and intellectual ability (HBO level)
  • Preferably 3-years of international experience in a commercial B to B Customer Service environment with proven successful achievement of continuous service performance
  • Being a real operator, constant operational involvement in the day to day business
  • Preferably some knowledge of the furniture market and experience of complex international logistical processes
  • Good knowledge of business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office), CRM, BI and ERP systems
  • (Near) native German
  • Good command: English and Dutch language
  • A great team player and communicator with a good eye for detail.
