Room for Individual Needs
A revitalising workplace accommodates a wide variety of people—and therefore a wide range of individual needs. For those who perform best through regular collaboration, there are spaces for meetings and (digital) discussions. For those who work better in quiet environments, there are various acoustic booths to choose from.
Social Entrepreneurship
There is room for everyone at our company. As a social enterprise, we value equal opportunities. More than 30% of our total workforce (Ahrend Netherlands, Gispen Netherlands and Presikhaaf School Furniture) consists of employees with a distance to the labour market. They are assigned suitable jobs, receive personal development support and assistance with their tasks. Through a buddy system, they are paired with a mentor who acts as their job coach.
PSO30+ Certificate
We have been awarded a PSO30+ Step 3 certificate, the highest achievable PSO30+ level. PSO stands for the Social Entrepreneurship Performance Ladder, a tool developed by TNO to measure how well organisations provide employment for vulnerable groups in the labour market. Its aim is to increase employment for people with a distance to the labour market. PSO ensures that their support is of high quality and is sustainable.
